Refers to multiple UniSFAn households on Boronia Ave, Nedlands.
The first instance of this institution occurred in 1997 at 15 Boronia Ave. The residents were IanMcKellar, AaronJacks, DavidBasden and MichaelDawson. In the 2.5 months they lived there, there were 4 parties, all reputedly very seedy. Ian, Aaron and David went on to a new house located on Winthrop Ave.
The second house was 31 Boronia Ave. Residents originally included IanMcKellar, AaronJacks, DavidBasden. DuncanSargeant took up residence when David moved to Sydney.
The third and final Boronia was 21 Boronia Ave. The house started out in 2003 with AdamWright, PaulMcLaughlan, TomEitelhuber and SarahQuail. Honourary residency should be awarded to DavidBasden and MerykiBasden, both of whom spent more time at Boronia than their own house.
In mid 2004 Tom and Sarah moved out, and MichaelDawson took over their position. In March 2005, Boronia was informed that they would have to move on, as the owner of the house wanted to her son to live there.
The residents moved on to another house, taking the name of Boronia with them due to many dodgy suggestions of new household names.
