A long term share house in Nedlands populated mostly by UniSFA OldGuard currently including DaveCake, KarenMcKenna (the only two original residents remaining) and AdamWright. Venue of many fine parties, which have only improved since the addition of the (evil) spa. GrantWatson lived there for several years too, but rudely moved out to live with his girlfriend (now wife, so it was probably worth his while in the end). SandraNorman is another long term former resident, who lived there for over 10 years. Former residents also DaveChandler, AndrewWilson and there are several more besides. Often has a New Years eve party.
An interesting aside is that UniSFAns have occupied homes in Florence Road for many years. 10 Florence Rd was occupied by Skippy, Captain Glug Glug and MarkTearle in the late 90's.
