The Guild Computer Lounge was created by PeterCooper at some point in the early 90's. At a time when computers were expensive and few and far between the Guild Computer Lounge provided a valuable resource to poor starving students.
The Guild Computer Lounge was funded by the UWA Student Guild (back before Voluntary Student Unionism ripped the guts out of the Guilds) and was based in CameronHall.
Many UniSFAns worked in the Guild Computer Lounge. Notable amongst them included GregWheatley, AndrewBailey and AndrewMcColl. Greg's Tales of the Master are stories relating to his work dealing with users in the lounge.
