Known during his years at UWA as "Comrade", for reasons including his Russian ancestry. Although said ancestors are rumoured to have described his spoken Russian as like that of a "Retarded 3 Year Old".
Spent many years at UWA. One of Peter's many interests was UniSFA.
Nobody seems to remember when Peter actually started studying at UWA although the general consensus is that he never actually finished a degree. Not that it really matters though as Peter now works for AHEM ... not saying (ECHELON), in the Netherlands, where he earns Kazillions of euros a year, and has an absolutely FABULOUS time.
Peter is also responsible for starting the GuildComputerLounge in CameronHall. He ran it for many years until he was made a better offer by Woodside Petroleum. At one stage he made an ambit pay claim that they (re?)install a tram down Thomas St. so that he could get to work.
Peter has also been known as the Smugwan (due to his air of smugness) and has astonished little children by getting them to count his fingers. He also makes exceedingly rich hot chocolate drinks. If one is extremely lucky one may even see Peter (also known as Comrade) Smug Shift from one room to another. A truely amazing sight to behold.
At one stage he was regularly invited around to dinner by other UniSFAns in an attempt to prevent him from becoming anaemic due to not being able to afford meat.
