SPOTLIGHT IS AWESOME. EVERYONE SHOULD PLAY SPOTLIGHT.
Over the last couple of years we've set up a tree with "glowsticks" as the home base where the hiders must reach without being called out by the spotter (with a torch). First person caught, or if no one is caught, the last person home is 'it' for the next round.
It can get a little messy at times, especially when it's been raining, so bring a change of dark pants so you can crawl around in the dirt with 
MikeKent once seriously injured himself playing Spotlight at Terracon. But he really was a Pepsi Max kinda guy.
