Thomas Gaunt, aka Tom, aka Dr. Tom, aka Gaunty, aka Sleazy Tom joined as a Fresher in 2004. Despite nomenclature, he does not appear to be all that sleazy. MatthiasLiffers is disappointed.
Since joining he has read a lot of books, eaten a lot of chocolate, and still maintained his slim, girlish figure. According to SophieAmbrose, both he and OliverMailes have "very girly testicles (taste in books)," but this has not stopped him from attracting his own legion of fangirls and fanboys in 2005.
He studies Med/Arts, and is intending to graduate with four bachelors degrees 9 years after first starting. He may or may not be odd. Yet to fail anything though. Huh.
